Over the past 24 hours, the occupiers attacked on three front directions, but the hottest was near Marinka. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 26 military clashes took place over the past 24 hours.
In particular, in the Avdeevsky direction, defense forces repulsed enemy attacks in the area of the village of Severnoye, Donetsk region. In the Zaporozhye direction, Ukrainian soldiers repulsed an enemy attack in the area south of Novodarivka, Zaporozhye region.
It is noted that the enemy carried out the most intense attacks in the Maryinsky direction. The occupiers conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Marinka area of the Donetsk region, where over the past 24 hours they made 13 unsuccessful attempts to oust Ukrainian units from their positions.
The enemy did not conduct offensive actions in the Kupyansky, Limansky and Bakhmutsky directions. In the Shakhtarsky direction, our defenders continue to hold the defense on occupied lines.
In the Seversky and Slobozhansky directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active sabotage activities in order to prevent the transfer of our troops to threatening directions, and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.
“At the same time, the Ukrainian defense forces continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, offensive actions in the Bakhmut direction, inflict losses on the occupation forces in manpower and equipment, and exhaust the enemy along the entire front line,” the report says.
Also in the Kherson direction, the defense forces continue to conduct counter-battery warfare, destroy supply depots and inflict a successful defeat on the enemy’s rear.
