The situation south of Rabotino is unstable, tactically complex and dynamic, as important field fortifications have changed hands several times.
This is reported by specialists from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) in a daily report. Russian troops are conducting tactical counterattacks in the Rabotino area as part of their "defense in depth" against Ukrainian offensive operations in the western Zaporozhye region.
At the same time, the situation south of Rabotino is unstable, since some tactically important field fortifications changed hands several times, the tactical situation in this area is complex and dynamic.
The status of the Wagner group remains unclear amid reports of negotiations on future cooperation with the Russian government. The PMC's main combat elements are scattered across several countries, including Belarus, the Central African Republic, Libya and Mali, and there is no clearly defined single leader of the group.
