In August, units of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine landed in Crimea and entered into battle with the invaders. Today, as the Ministry of Defense of the aggressor country claims, the Crimean Cape Tarkhankut was attacked again.

The Russian Ministry of Defense states that the landing group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, traveling in the direction of Cape Tarkhankut on a high-speed military boat and three jet skis, was going to penetrate the peninsula in the northwestern part of the Black Sea.

“The actions of Russian Aerospace Forces aircraft stopped an attempt to penetrate into the territory of Crimea by a landing group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was traveling in the direction of Cape Tarkhankut on a high-speed military boat and three jet skis,” the message says.

The Shot Telegram channel, citing sources, claims that 13 Ukrainian saboteurs were killed while trying to land in the west of Crimea.

“According to SHOT, the Ukrainian DRG tried to penetrate the territory of Crimea near the village of Olenevka, moving towards Cape Tarkhankut. At two o’clock in the morning, four objects were discovered: one boat and three jet skis. A battle ensued. In total, about 13 saboteurs were destroyed. "They had M4 rifles and fragmentation grenades. There were no injuries or deaths from the border guards. Airplanes were involved in the destruction of the DRG," the report says.
