Apple has confirmed the fatal flaw of the “titanium” iPhone 15 – it’s dangerous to buy them

It's only been two weeks, and 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max owners are already reporting overheating, battery swelling, and display burnout.

Users of the iPhone 15 Pro models not only complained about overheating problems leading to swelling of the battery, but also “burn-in” of the screen. After the problem became widespread, Apple stated that such problems could indeed exist.

As you know, pixel burn-in in OLED screens when displaying a static image for a long time is a widespread problem that affects not only Apple phones. But usually this effect appears after years of operation of the device, and not weeks.

The company recognized such breakdowns as a warranty case and, accordingly, grounds for replacing the device at the service center. But if one of two conditions is met: no more than two weeks must have passed since the sale, or an examination must prove that the iPhone is defective.

Apple also noted that screen burn-in on the iPhone 15 Pro may be the result of a system error. The company will soon release an iOS update that will remove artifacts from the screen.

Regarding the problem with overheating of the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max, an update for iOS was released last week to eliminate the excessive load on smartphones. However, tests show that installing the update did not help solve the problem.

It also became known the day before that the latest iPhones are equipped with cheap Chinese batteries - they are designed for only 600 charging cycles. Thus, the batteries in the iPhone 14 and 15 age too quickly.
