Russia has likely begun building a new barrier defense near the Crimean (Kerch) Bridge in an attempt to protect the infrastructure from attacks by naval drones.
The Crimean Wind monitoring group reported the possible start of engineering work on the approach to the bridge, citing satellite image data.
The corresponding footage was published by OSINT researcher H I Sutton.
“Engineering work on the western approach to the Kerch Bridge connecting Russia with Crimea. A crane or dredger (not seen in high resolution),” he indicated.
