On October 16, the Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science, and Technology - Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, announced the commencement of beta testing for the vehicle registration service via the "Diya" application. Fedorov invited Ukrainians to join the beta testing to be among the first to experience this innovative service.
According to Fedorov, the registration service will be available to owners of passenger cars, motorcycles, and mopeds. To utilize the service, sellers will need to create an agreement within the "Diya" app and share a QR code or a link, while buyers can access and review the necessary documents, select license plates, and verify the technical passport.
Furthermore, Minister Fedorov highlighted that through "Diya," users will have the option to request the delivery of documents, license plates, and technical passports to "Ukrposhta" offices.
As previously reported, Ukraine has been introducing various services through the "Diya" application to streamline processes related to vehicle registration, making it easier for both new drivers and car owners looking to replace lost or damaged documents, or update their personal information.
