The Accusation

Upon closer examination of financial records, investigators from the National Financial Prosecutor's Office uncovered a payment of 2 million euros made in 2013 by a member of the International Olympic Committee, as well as another payment of 300,000 euros. Adjani described these funds as an "interest-free loan" from a friend.
Outstanding Tax Debt
Prosecutors claim that, over the years of tax evasion, Isabelle Adjani owes the state 2.5 million euros in unpaid taxes and penalties. The verdict in her case is scheduled for December 14th.
