The Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed more than 500 Russian invaders in the Tauride direction in one day. This is stated in operational information from the United Press Center of the Tauride Defense Forces on the social network Facebook.
In particular, in the area of responsibility of the Tavria Operational-Strategic Group of Forces, the invaders are not abandoning attempts to encircle Avdiivka, but Ukrainian soldiers are steadfastly holding the defense.
Also, the enemy’s offensive actions in the areas of Keramika, Stepnoye, Avdeevka, Tonenkoye, Opytny, Nevelskoye were unsuccessful - more than 20 enemy attacks were repulsed.
In addition, the invaders carried out unsuccessful assault operations in the areas of Marinka, Pobeda and Novomikhailovka - 24 enemy attacks were repulsed.
In the Shakhtarsky and Zaporozhye directions, Ukrainian defenders gave a tough rebuff to the invaders in the areas of Prechistovka, Zolotaya Niva, Ivovoy and Rabotinoy.
At the same time, the offensive operation continues in the Melitopol direction and the depletion of the enemy along the entire line of combat and in the depths of its defense.
“Our missilemen and artillerymen completed 1,425 fire missions during the day. The total enemy losses amounted to 515 people. 30 units of enemy military equipment were destroyed,” the report notes.
In particular, 9 tanks, 6 armored combat vehicles, 2 artillery systems, one air defense weapon, 5 UAVs, 5 vehicles and 2 units of special equipment were destroyed.
“Among other things, there is the Peroed electronic warfare station. This is the latest Russian development, which is designed to combat kamikaze drones,” the report says.
In total, the enemy carried out 30 air strikes. In particular, at night he again dropped guided bombs. In particular, 25 guided bombs fell in the Avdeevsky direction that night alone.
“In total, in the Tauride direction, the enemy conducted 57 military clashes and carried out 922 artillery shelling,” the report says.
