Ukrainian Ministry of Finance and Ukrposhta Sign Mortgage Agreement for EIB Project

On October 27th, the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance and Ukrposhta signed a mortgage agreement to secure the fulfillment of guarantees amounting to 30 million euros under the Guarantee Agreement for the "Development Project of Ukrposhta: Logistics Network (Modernization and Digitalization of Ukrposhta)" between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank.
The Ministry of Finance highlights that the project's objective is the transformation of Ukrposhta's logistical network, which will facilitate timely delivery of parcels, as well as elevate operational efficiency and the overall quality of postal communication services.
Olga Zykova, Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine, emphasized during the signing that the joint project with the EIB for the transformation of Ukrposhta's logistical network will enhance the company's capabilities as the leading domestic postal communication operator, enabling the provision of postal services in line with the highest global standards.
