The Russian leadership allocated the Severodonetsk-Lisichansk-Rubezhnoye agglomeration of the Lugansk region under the full control of its subject, the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the Center for National Resistance, a delegation from Tatarstan led by its Prime Minister Alexei Esoshin came to the region on an illegal visit. They paid special attention to Lisichansk.
They announced the creation of demonstration projects that should demonstrate “infrastructure restoration” and construction. At the same time, workers arriving from this region are allocated housing by local occupation administrations, which they recognize as “mismanaged.”
In addition, Tatarstan oversees a program for the re-education of local youth. According to the central nervous system, in October, about two hundred children were taken by the invaders to the Zarechye camp in Kazan.
Along with activities aimed at changing their national self-identification, phygital competitions (a combination of virtual gaming environments and real physical games) were held there. It is possible that in the future children will be recruited into drone control units on the battlefield.
As noted, Tatarstan will finance the opening of testing centers under the “Ready for Labor and Defense (GTO)” program. This is a modern Russian form of sports and paramilitary education of youth with a mandatory propaganda component and agitation for participation in such paramilitary organizations as the Youth Army or the youth activists of Putin’s United Russia party.
