In the Zaporozhye direction, over the past 24 hours the enemy tried 5 times to restore the lost position in the Robotino area of the Zaporozhye region, but was unsuccessful.
This was announced by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in its morning report on the situation with the Russian invasion.
According to the General Staff, over the past 24 hours there have been a total of about 60 military clashes. The Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions remain the most useless in terms of the number of Russian attacks.
“In the zone of responsibility of the Tavria OSV in the Avdeevka direction, the enemy does not abandon attempts to encircle Avdeevka, but our soldiers staunchly hold the defense, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. The enemy’s offensive actions in the areas of the settlements of Novokalinovo, Avdeevka, Opytnoye, Pervomaiskoye, Donetsk region were unsuccessful. "Our defenders repulsed more than 10 enemy attacks. In the Maryinsky direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful assault operations in the Marinka and Novomikhailovka areas of the Donetsk region, where Ukrainian soldiers repulsed 20 enemy attacks," the message says.
In the zone of responsibility of the OSV "Khortitsa" in the Kupyansky direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the areas of the settlements of Sinkovka and Ivanovka, Kharkov region, where our defenders repulsed 7 enemy attacks.
In the Liman direction, our defenders repulsed an enemy attack southeast of Ternov, Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to restore the lost position at Andreevka. In turn, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue assault operations south of Bakhmut, inflicting losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment, and consolidating their positions on the achieved lines.
In the mining direction, our defenders repelled an enemy attack south of Ugledar, Donetsk region.
At the same time, the Ukrainian defense forces continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, inflicting losses on the occupation forces in manpower and equipment, and exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.
In the zone of responsibility of the Odessa commando control unit in the Kherson direction, Ukrainian soldiers are conducting a counter-battery fight, inflicting fire on the enemy’s rear.
In the area of responsibility of the OSUV "North" in the Volyn and Polesie directions, the operational situation remains without significant changes.
In the Seversky and Slobozhansky directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas and carries out active sabotage activities in order to prevent the transfer of our troops to threatening directions.
