At night, Russian occupiers shelled the Kherson region, resulting in the death of an 81-year-old woman.
As noted in the message on the website of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, according to the investigation, at about 04:00 today, November 2, the Russian military fired at the village. Stanislav, Kherson region.
As a result of shelling in the courtyard of a household, an 81-year-old woman was killed. Under the procedural leadership of the Oleshkovo District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into violation of the laws and customs of war, which involved premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
At the same time, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Alexander Prokudin, noted in his Telegram channel that there were more than 40 arrivals in Stanislav.
The buildings of the lyceum and the local outpatient clinic, as well as private houses, were damaged there. The destruction is still being recorded.
In addition, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klimenko noted that the Russian occupiers continue to fiercely shell the Kherson region. “This night one person died, another was injured,” he wrote on Telegram.
Thus, in the Kherson region, during the night the enemy fired artillery at Pervomaiskoye, Stanislav, Shirokaya Balka and Berislav. As a result of the shelling, residential buildings and cars were damaged.
“In the village of Molodezhnoe, Kherson region, one person was injured as a result of shelling. During the attack on the village of Stanislav, one person was killed,” Klimenko said.
In the Dnepropetrovsk region, at about 02:00 in the village of Starye Kodaki, as a result of falling debris from a downed rocket, three private houses were damaged and two outbuildings were destroyed.
“The enemy fired artillery at populated areas in the Krivoy Rog region. There were no casualties,” the message says.
In addition, in the Donetsk region on the evening of November 1, the Russian military struck Konstantinovka: three private houses and cars were damaged. Already at dawn, the city of Toretsk came under fire.
"Nikolaev region: at 4 a.m. the enemy fired at the city of Ochakov. Three houses were damaged. Sumy region: Russian military artillery struck border settlements - the city of Seredina-Buda and the village of Shalimovka," Klimenko said.
