The full-scale war in Ukraine against the Russian Federation continues, and the Russian invaders continue to suffer failures in a number of directions, including Avdeevsky. Over the past 24 hours, there were 78 military clashes at the front.
Opponents did not give up attempts to encircle the city of Avdiivka (Donetsk region), Ukrainian soldiers steadfastly hold the defense and inflict significant losses on the enemy, according to a report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, published on Thursday morning, November 9.
The General Staff added that the invaders tried in vain to advance near the settlements of Avdeevka, Severnoye, Pervomaiskoye, Stepnoye and Keramik - more than 10 enemy attacks were repelled.
It was also “hot” in the Maryinsky direction near Novomikhailovka and Marinka - there our defenders repelled more than 20 enemy attacks. In the Shakhtarsky direction, the opponents carried out useless assault operations south of Prechistovka and Staromayorsky.
“...in the Kupyansky direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful assault operations in the area of the village of Sinkovka, Kharkov region, where our defenders repelled six enemy attacks. In the Limansky direction, the enemy carried out assault operations near Novoyehorivka, Luhansk region, but was not successful,” the message says.
Ukrainian soldiers repelled about 30 attacks from the enemy in the Bakhmut direction near Andreevka, Kleshchievka, Khromovoy and Bogdanovka.
