On the evening of Friday, November 10, explosions were heard in the Moscow region town of Kolomna, reports the Baza Telegram channel, citing information from subscribers.
As the report says, residents of Kolomna reported the canal explosions. Air defense was operating over the city, and, according to preliminary data, a drone was shot down, Baza adds.
The channel clarifies that the explosion occurred near the mechanical engineering design bureau.
According to preliminary data from Russian media, no one was injured as a result of the attempted UAV attack in Kolomna. Firefighters and paramedics are on the scene.
“Air defense systems intercepted two Ukrainian drones over the territory of the Smolensk and Moscow regions,” the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.
A fire occurred at a gunpowder factory in the city of Kotovsk, Tambov region. Eyewitnesses reported the sound of explosions before the fire. According to Baza, the fire at the plant started around half past eleven at night. Rescuers were called to the scene. The fire was extinguished in an hour and a half. The fire area was 300 meters. There were no casualties. The causes of the fire have not been specified.
