Kyivstar continues to strengthen its LTE network coverage and digital services. In the first nine months of 2023, the company invested over 3.7 billion UAH in capital expenditures. This investment resulted in more than 99% of the network operating normally in the controlled territories of Ukraine.
An additional 54 settlements have been connected to the 4G network, bringing the total coverage to 94.7% of the population in the controlled territories of Ukraine. The company's subscribers have shown increased usage of mobile internet services from July to September, with a 17.7% growth in data consumption per subscriber compared to the same period last year.
Kyivstar attributes this growth to the expansion of the 4G network and competitive data tariffs offered by the company. The number of 4G users has increased by 13.1%, reaching 13.7 million subscribers compared to the third quarter of 2022.
Kyivstar plans to invest 600 million dollars over the next three years in the development and reconstruction of its telecommunication network, as well as the advancement of new communication technologies in Ukraine.
