The FDMU, through its official Facebook page, announced the successful completion of more than 500 privatization auctions. According to the press release, the average competition for each asset involved 4.5 entrepreneurs.
During this period, the most valuable state-owned assets sold through small privatization included the "Hermitage" hotel in Kyiv (311 million hryvnias), "VolynTorf" (212 million hryvnias), "RivneTorf" (205 million hryvnias), and the "Ust-Danube" port (201 million hryvnias).
It's worth noting that on October 6, the FDMU auctioned the sole property complex of the State Enterprise "VolynTorf." The only participant, LLC "AgroBiostandart," submitted a winning bid of 212.2 million hryvnias. Subsequently, on October 25, the State Bureau of Investigations initiated a pre-trial investigation, accusing the FDMU of selling the asset at an undervalued price.
