The enchanting journey of "Mavka" through Latin American countries continues, and now it's Chile's turn to immerse itself in the incredible wonders of Mavka's universe. The Ukrainian film has begun its theatrical run in Chile, bringing the magic of the Forest Song to the audiences of this country, as reported by the State Agency for Cinema.
The project, inspired by Lesia Ukrainka's "Forest Song," has been adapted into the genre of family animation, featuring characters from Slavic myths and legends. This animated creation received support from the State Cinema Agency and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
In Ukraine, FILM.UA Distribution and Kinomania Film Distribution are handling the theatrical distribution of the film. Additionally, it's worth noting that starting from December 1, the Ukrainian animated film "Mavka" will be available for streaming on the Netflix platform.
