Aviation of the Defense Forces and units of missile forces and artillery over the past day continued to strike at the manpower and weapons of the invaders.
As stated in the morning summary of the General Staff, aviation inflicted 7 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment of the enemy. Rocket troops and artillery hit 4 artillery weapons in firing positions, 1 anti-aircraft missile system and another important enemy target.
The invaders, in turn, resorted to missile and air strikes, attacked Ukraine with kamikaze drones.
"Tonight, the Russian Federation launched another air strike on Ukraine, using Iranian Shahed-136/131 attack drones. Information about the consequences of this terrorist attack is still being specified. Over the past day, Russian invaders attacked Ukraine with air and sea-based missiles. In total launches of at least 28 different types of cruise missiles were recorded: 4 Kh-22 cruise missiles, 20 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles and 4 Caliber cruise missiles Our air defense destroyed 16 Kh-101/Kh- cruise missiles 555ta Caliber. In addition, at least 8 launches of enemy S-300 and S-400 anti-aircraft guided missiles were recorded in the Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions," the General Staff noted.
In total, as the report says, over the past day, the enemy launched 42 missile and 56 air strikes on Ukraine, carried out 36 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and settlements.
"As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population, including children. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have been destroyed," the General Staff notes.
