Zelensky responded to reports of Putin’s “death”

Advisor to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak commented on the sensational messages of anonymous Telegram channels claiming the death of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Informationally, this is an insignificant episode. And in general, everything that concerns the life and death of Putin or his illness - this absolutely does not affect anything at all. That is, this whole current situation will be played out until the destruction of the more important: destruction of the structure of the current Russian state, which is a classic authoritarian state with a certain oprichnina,” he said on air.
Podolyak is confident that this will be destroyed and, accordingly, Putin’s death itself will only accelerate the processes of decomposition of the Russian Federation.
“This will be an integral and unstoppable process, but as an information message, it is once again emphasized that it is more of a literary phenomenon like seeing how absurdist themes live in a discussion environment,” he added.
