Bad weather broke out in Kyiv: two people died

There is a strong wind in Kyiv, several trees fell due to the bad weather. As a result, one person was killed and another was injured.
According to the Kiev City State Administration with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, in the next hour, with retention until the end of the day on October 28, wind gusts can reach 25-28 m/s. Later, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported that two people died in the capital.
According to the Kyiv City State Administration, several cases of people being injured due to bad weather have been recorded in the city. In particular, in the Shevchenko district, a tree fell on a person. Medics tried to resuscitate the man, but he died from his severe injuries. In the same area, a woman suffered a spinal injury due to falling branches and was hospitalized.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that another man died as a result of bad weather in the Podolsk region.
In addition, a tree fell on a car on Beresteysky Avenue. The person in the car refused hospitalization. Authorities urged citizens to be careful and not go out unless necessary.
According to the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kiev, on the morning of October 28 in the Svyatoshinsky district on the street. The signalmen's tree fell on the car. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
