President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky introduced Supreme Commander-in-Chief Sergei Lupanchuk to the Headquarters.
This is stated in the decree of the President of Ukraine No. 736/2023 “On changes in the composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Headquarters.”
By decree, Viktor Khorenko, who was recently dismissed from the post of commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was removed from the Headquarters. His successor was Sergei Lupanchuk, who was brought into the General Headquarters.
This presidential decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
